Mr. Rucinski teaches Applied Technology at the 8th grade level,
coaches the school's eSports team, and is also advisor for National Honor Society.
8th Grade Applied Technology
From our personal lives to the workplace, technology is, and will continue to be, an integral part of our society. Because of this, it is vital that we prepare our students appropriately for the future and get them ready for lies ahead. For even if they choose not to enter into a tech related profession, they will still find themselves dealing with various forms of technology in their everyday lives.
eSports
Establishing eSports in high school enables students to do what they love and provides them with additional opportunities to earn recognition while developing priceless critical thinking and interpersonal skills. If you are a student of Olean High School and are interested in joining our eSports team, we are currently accepting sign-ups for the upcoming spring season.
